Ready-Made Items Returns

1. Ready-made items are eligible for store credit only after 15 days of purchase. Customers must email us at info@divinelymanifested.com with their order number and notify us about their intention to return the item. The item must be sent back to our address at 12832 Paramount Blvd, Downey CA 90242. Customers are responsible for the postage fees. The returned item must be in perfect condition and unused.

Custom Order Policy
2. Custom made-to-order items are non-refundable. These items are specifically tailored to the customer's size and energy, making refunds impossible.

Broken Items
3. In the event that an item breaks, we offer repair or replacement depending on the item. Customers should email us at info@divinelymanifested.com to inform us about the issue and arrange for the item to be sent back to our address at 12832 Paramount Blvd, Downey CA 90242. Customers are responsible for the postage fees for returning the item, and we will cover the postage fees for sending it back to them.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
