What to Expect

During this in-person session (30–60 minutes), we’ll work together to clear stagnant energy and restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to promote energetic balance, relaxation, and healing.

My approach to Reiki is intuitive and body-centered — similar to energy bodywork. You’ll likely feel physical sensations as I move and release energy throughout your system. Each session is completely unique: sometimes I receive intuitive messages or downloads, and other times the focus is purely on clearing and rebalancing. It all depends on your energy and what you most need in that moment.

How It Works

1. Purchase your 1-on-1 Reiki Healing session through this page.

2. Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation and further instructions.

3. Reply to the email to schedule your session time or DM via instagram to @divinelymanifested_ — I’ll provide available appointments within a week of purchase. Addresses is only sent after appointment is confirmed.

4. Arrive at our serene and sacred space for your in-person Reiki Healing session. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to lie down and relax.

5. We’ll begin with a brief consultation to discuss your intentions or areas of focus.

6. During your session, you’ll simply rest and receive as I channel energy through gentle, intuitive movements. You may feel warmth, tingling, or shifts in different parts of your body — all signs of energetic release and alignment.

7. After your session, we’ll take a few moments to integrate the experience. I’ll share any energetic observations or intuitive insights that came through and may offer suggestions to help you maintain your new state of balance and flow.
